Today OMMPOS experienced a service slow down from approx. 4 to 9pm PST. We traced the cause to an outage in Microsoft's west coast datacenter. We were able to work around this issue by creating and re-routing to a redundant data store in Microsoft's east coast datacenter. Please contact me with any questions.
