We recently added and updated several reports in Marijuana Software to make it easier to balance cash drawers, review daily sales, and understand profitability.

These changes are designed to give dispensaries faster access to the numbers that matter most while improving accuracy where it counts.

New: Daily Cash Drawer Summary (Till Report)

The new Daily Cash Drawer Summary, also called the Till Report, gives you a simple snapshot of your drawer activity for a selected business day.

This report summarizes:

• Cash sales
• Credit sales
• Cashback given out
• Expected cash remaining in the drawer

It is designed to help staff and managers quickly verify how much cash should actually be in the till at the end of the day. By clearly accounting for cashback, this report makes it easier to catch discrepancies and close out with confidence.

Updated: Closing Report

We also updated the Closing Report, which summarizes daily recreational and medical sales.

This report now includes large, easy-to-read totals at the top so key numbers are easier to review at a glance.

We also corrected an issue where credit card cashback was not being accounted for in the end-of-day cash total. With this fix in place, the Closing Report now gives users a more accurate picture of daily cash activity.

New: Enhanced Net Sales, Tax, and Profit Report

The new Enhanced Net Sales, Tax, and Profit Report gives you a more complete real-time view of business performance by combining several key metrics into one report.

This report includes:

• Discounted net sales
• Tax totals
• Cost of goods sold (COGS)
• Profit margins

It was built to help you reconcile tax filings more easily, understand true profitability, and audit transactions with greater confidence.

This report replaces the Enhanced Sales Report and provides a clearer, more complete picture of how your business is performing.
